Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund to players who registered and paid their entry fee and who cannot get any WT Licence from their FIFG Member country.

No Refund to players in case of injury – but you have the possibility to give your spot to another player which is not yet registered.

Non-FIFG Players:

No refund will be offered to players unable to obtain the necessary eligibility from their FIFG member country.

Injured Players:

No refund will be offered. However, players will be entitled to offer their place to any non-registered player.

If the French Open 2026 is postponed the entry will automatically be transferred to the new date and you cannot claim for any refund.

If the French Open 2026 is officially cancelled a full refund will be offered to all registered players.

If you have subscribed to the exchangeable or refundable option, you can request a full refund up to 14 days before the event. However, players will be entitled to offer their place to any non-registered player.
