• No Refund to players who registered and paid their entry fee and who cannot get any WT Licence from their FIFG Member country.

• No Refund to players in case of injury – but you have the possibility to give your spot to another player which is not yet registered.

• Non-FIFG Players:

• No refund will be offered to players unable to obtain the necessary eligibility from their FIFG member country.​

• Injured Players:

• No refund will be offered. However, players will be entitled to offer their place to any non-registered player.

• ​

• COVID-19 Policy:

• In case borders are closed during The French Open and access into or out of France is impacted, players will be entitled to a credit for The French Open 2024.

• If a player or person affecting the player has COVID-19 before The French Open and cannot travel or access the event, they will be able to get a credit for The French Open 2024 or the player can offer their spot to another player which is not yet registered.

• If the French Open 2023 is postponed the entry will automatically be transferred to the new date and you cannot claim for any refund.

​​

• If the French Open 2023 is officially cancelled a full refund will be offered to all registered players.

​​

• If you have subscribed to the exchangeable or refundable option, you can request a full refund up to 14 days before the event. However, players will be entitled to offer their place to any non-registered player.

• We reserve the right to modify the program if necessary.
